Our Story
Peace, Love & Mustard from the beautiful Isle of Harris! We are hand making our artisan mustard in small batches since 2017 using only the best organic ingredients to indulge your palates.
We are on a mission to bring mustard back to the status it deserves and we are keen as mustard to tell that mustard is more than just a blob on your plate or something solely to go with steak and sausages. Sadly, people have over the years, forgotten that good mustard is much more than the soulless industrial pastes that are commonly found today. Mustard is such a versatile addition to any culinary dish.
You will be surprised at how mustard lifts, develops and improves your cuisine. And if one type doesn't work for you there are many more to try out. Cooking with Mustheb mustards will provide some exceptional taste surprises.

Recipe

Ingredients
1 steamed beetroot
Handful of rocket leaves
30 g feta cheese
2 tbs olive oil extra virgin
1 tbs dark balsamic vinegar
Pinch of salt
½ tsp Slàinte Liquorice Mustard
½ tbsp honey
Beetroot Carpaccio
How to
Slice the beetroot into thin circles and lay down evenly on a plate.
Place the rocket in the centre and sprinkle over the feta cheese.
Stir all other ingredients to a dressing and pour over the rocket.
Top Tips
Caramelized pecans are a nice topping.
Enjoy as a light lunch or serve as a side dish!
