EAT & DRINK THE WILD
At Wild Eve we’re plant workers, it’s the single thread that flows through all our work; we grow and wild harvest then distil, tincture, wild craft and hand make drinks, from scratch, in small batches.
We have planted around two hundred Roses which we’re growing organically on our croft in Harris, along with Chamomile, Oats and a plethora of other plants. We use Sugar Kelp from the crystal clear seas and a select few machair meadow wild flowers.
Wild Eve has been years in the perfecting, sparked from a thought about the need to create a truly great drink without a drop of alcohol, showcasing the versatility of plants seasonally with sustainability at the heart of everything we do.
Having adapted a theory from scent to taste, we picked, grew and tested so many plants over all four seasons working out how to weave our magic into a single drink that tasted both unique and delicious.
Living in Harris has offered plants and combinations that are not to be found elsewhere, we have walked mountain and machair meadow and explored the offerings of the sea, finding ingredients that harmoniously combine into something absolutely different to anything you will have tasted before. It has been more privilege than work to get to understand this landscape and the plants that inhabit it.

30ml Cranberry Juice
and topped with Soda Water
