EAT & DRINK THE WILD

Our Story

We are a small batch coffee roastery, bakery and deli based in South Harris. We incorporate Harris botanicals into every part of our business, from the seaweeds that find their way into much of our baking to the wildflowers that we harvest for teas and granola, to the herbs that we put into all our salads and savoury bakes. All our food and drinks are firmly rooted in the terroir of Harris.

We roast coffee from exquisite, speciality beans sourced ethically from all around the world to produce our own seasonal espresso and single origin roasts. Ours is the most westerly roastery in the UK.

Temple Bakery produces sourdough breads, croissants both sweet and savoury, buns, traybakes and cakes and all manner of deliciousness fresh every day.

At Temple Deli we make fresh seasonal salads and soups, granola, seaweed salts, chutneys, marmalades, biscotti and stunning teas from plants we grow and forage.

We source the best cheeses from all around the UK and our mouth-watering prosciutto and salami  are from friends in Italy.

Pop along and visit us, our recently refurbished cafe has seating and we have plenty of outdoor seating so you can take in the expansive sands of Northton while you enjoy our fresh baked goodies.

LATTE & A CRUFFIN

Try a croissant dough Cruffin filled with our own Raspberry jam.

Served with our Temple Seasonal  coffee - a dreamy start to the day.

Fuel up for a walk to the original Temple, a ruined chapel that sits on a headland beyond 3 stunning beaches reached by walking along the coast from the end of Northton.
